Neat Cheese

Bruny Island Oen (washed rind, wrapped in vine leaves – awesome)

Rochebaron (blue brie from Pouligny-Saint-Pierre) subtle but strong, lovely

Isigny Camembert – nice, easy to eat, nothing outstanding

Chaource Lincet AOC – triple cream brie – not really for me (don’t like the aftertaste).

Morbier – strange semi-hard cheese.  Smells off, tastes quite nice on its own, but hard to match with other food/wine

Munster AOC -can’t quite remember, but nice.  think was better than Brie de Meaux

Brie de Meaux – can’t quite remember, but nice

Blushing Princess – washed rind goats cheese camembert – smooth but a bit too much of a goaty aftertaste.

Cambezola (triple cream blue brie)
